I'm a third-generation Kansan and a four-decade resident of western Johnson County. I've worked in real estate for two decades and have watched towns like Olathe, Lenexa, and Overland Park grow into thriving, dynamic places to live, work, and play. I have an extensive background in rehabbing and renting out homes, so there are few problems I can't fix! Selling real estate is more than putting a sign in the yard. My knowledge of the business and current market conditions enables me to serve your interests to the fullest extent.
My wife and I still live in the same house we bought as newlyweds. We love it and don't want to ever move. That being said, we dealt with a realtor who can only be described as lacking. He just wanted to get us into a house and get paid. We were young, naive, and got caught up in a whirlwind with very little advice and direction. I always said, "Man, if I was a realtor, I'd do things differently." Well, guess what? A few years later, I started working in real estate and I live up to my self-promise every day: I do things differently.
